1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between the yesbet platform and its users. They apply in full to the use of any service provided through the yesbet website, mobile application, or any other channel.

These terms have been drawn up in line with the values and identity stated on the yesbet About Us page. The platform operates casino games and sports betting services for Bangla-speaking users in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration

To use services on the yesbet platform, you must first register a personal account. Each person may operate only one account. Opening more than one account for the same person is strictly prohibited, and yesbet reserves the right to close all such accounts.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address must be genuine and your own.
• Registering using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
• If any of your details change, please notify the yesbet support team as soon as possible.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

After registration, yesbet may at any time request a copy of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification. Withdrawals may be limited or placed on hold until verification is complete. Providing false documents or information may result in legal liability.

3 Age and Eligibility

All yesbet services are for persons aged 21 and above only. No one under the age of 21 may register on the platform or use its services (21+ only).

• If someone registers by providing a false age, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• yesbet may request proof of age in cases where it has doubts.
• It is every parent's responsibility to keep minors away from gambling.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your yesbet account username and password completely confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party or allowing them to operate your account is prohibited.

• Use a strong password — a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, make sure to log out after use.
• If a login is detected from an unfamiliar device or location, yesbet may ask you to verify via OTP.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

4.2 Single Account Policy

If evidence is found that multiple accounts are being operated using the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts may be suspended and any bonuses or winnings may be cancelled.

6 Bonuses and Offers

yesbet offers bonuses to its registered users from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read before claiming the bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

The yesbet welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw that ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• If there is already an active bonus on your account when a new bonus is offered, the new bonus will not apply.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• yesbet reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of its misuse or manipulation is found.
• Bonus funds are not to be treated as real money; they are provided solely to facilitate play.
• Each promotional offer has a set expiry date; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.

7 Betting Rules

All users must follow the general rules below when participating in the sports betting and casino sections of yesbet.

7.1 Sports Betting

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are considered final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, yesbet reserves the right to void that bet.
• Bets placed in the live betting section after an event has started will be processed under the normal rules.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally voided and stakes are returned.
• Placing contradictory bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.

7.2 Casino Games

• All games are operated using certified random number generators (RNG).
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result saved on the server will be considered final.
• In cases where an unusually large amount is won due to a software error or human mistake, yesbet reserves the right to investigate.
• Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised third-party tools to play games is strictly prohibited.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Suspension and Closure

yesbet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If these terms and conditions are violated.
• If false information or forged documents are provided during identity verification.
• If operating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses is proven.
• If suspicious activity related to money laundering or fraud is detected.
• If an attempt is made to manipulate a game or hack the system.

If an account is suspended, a decision on returning the verified real-money balance held in the account at that time (excluding bonus funds) will be made after the relevant investigation.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the account will be deactivated once any pending transactions have been completed.

10 Intellectual Property and Intellectual Assets

The logo, design, software, content, trademarks, and all other intellectual assets of the yesbet platform are owned by yesbet. Prior written permission must be obtained before using, copying, modifying, or distributing them.

• Publishing platform content beyond personal use is prohibited.
• Creating misleading advertisements using yesbet's trademarks or logo will result in legal liability.
• The intellectual property rights of content from third-party game studios belong to the respective studios.

11 Limitation of Liability

yesbet is not responsible for losses caused by factors outside its control, such as technical problems, disruptions to third-party services, or natural disasters.

• yesbet is not responsible for financial losses incurred by users due to internet connection issues.
• yesbet is not fully responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.
• If account details are compromised due to the user's own negligence, the user bears full responsibility.
